The Reach Foundation uses Makerble to collect and store the information that you provide us. Only the Reach Foundation's staff have access to this software using a secure password which is not shared with anyone outside of the organisation. In the rare case when you disclose information to us that suggests you or someone else is likely to suffer harm or that a crime is going to be committed, we have a duty of care to report this to the relevant agency. In this situation, we do not need your permission but will inform you of our concerns and let you know who we will be passing the information on to. We may update your information on Makerble if your details change or you share more relevant information with us.
From time to time we may need to share information with local services. Wherever possible, we will seek consent and be open and honest as to why, what, how and with whom, your information has been shared.
We mainly use Makerble to track attendance at our activities and send out surveys which help us track our impact in the community. Now and again, the Reach Foundation may publish this information and/or communicate it with external funding bodies. However, you will never be identified and all your information will be aggregated together and anonymised.
